The United States of America should also leave the path of sanctions and bullying. On one hand, it does not affect the Islamic Emirate; on the other hand, this is not a solution for restoring the relationships. Instead, interaction and negotiations are good ways forward for problem solutions.
Iran’s economic policy towards Afghanistan includes three major issues. The first issue is the growth of exports bringing it to ten billion dollars.
As an important neighbor of Afghanistan, it is imperative to establish political relations with Pakistan to bolster economic ties between the two nations. The deterioration of political relations has had an adverse impact on economic relations.
As long as the member countries of the organization do not solve their mutual problems and do not share the benefits with each other, the actions within the framework of the organization will not be effective.
For the Islamic Emirate, it is suggested that in order to achieve the economic goals of the mentioned framework, which a good opportunity for Afghanistan is provide the necessary grounds and at the same time, by increasing more cooperation with the United Nations, facilitate the space for positive interaction with other organizations.
The conference of Islamic countries and Islamic states should work together on such a policy in order to prevent such incidents in the future. This policy may also include severing ties with the country that allows such activities to take place.
On the other hand, the reception of Yevgeny Prigozhin and his troops in Rostov and the escorting of this military leader indicates that Russian citizens are tired of the war and welcome any factor that can reduce the bloodshed in the Russian war with Ukraine.
The Islamic Emirate should assure and convince India in every possible way that its foreign policy is completely independent and based on national and Islamic values and will never look at India through Pakistan’s window.
According to this treaty, the water rights of the parties are clear in different times such as drought, climatic events or other disputes that cause problems; In this treaty, appropriate ways have been considered to resolve it.
