Afghanistan has abundant sources of energy production but still relies on imported electricity. Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Iran are four countries that provide about 80 percent of Afghanistan’s electricity needs. The Governments in Afghanistan have not been able to provide sustainable electricity to their citizens despite the abundant energy resources.
There is no doubt that unemployment has a huge negative impact on young peoples’ lives. Among the most significant ones are the rise in the rate of poverty, the decline in standard of living, brain drain, the rise in public discontent, political crises, and economic stagnation. In order to prevent arising of an atmosphere of pessimism, mistrust and fleeing from the country, the Islamic Emirate in light of Islamic shariah, opinions of Islamic scholars and people’s urgent need for education should announce the reopening date of schools and universities

In short, banks in Afghanistan cannot operate significantly without global support, whether in the area of increasing liquidity and income or in the field of creditability restoration. For this reason, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan needs to pay more attention to strengthening relations with the international community as a rooted issue in order to solve the problems of banks and other economic activities.
If there are new fundamental documents processed, their bases should be taken previous laws and if there are such cases that needs amendments, those documents should be amended.
The new constitution shall be drafted such that will be accepted to the entire nation, reflecting their values and their will. All cultural and Islamic values should be carefully taken into account.
Negative propaganda against each other in Afghanistan and its neighbours should be prevented to eliminate its adverse effects on refugees. Currently, only the negative aspects are promoted. Still, the good treatment of refugees in other countries is not mentioned, as it only fuels the hostility between the two nations.
